• Please report unauthorized account access to support immediately.

• Prices are shown in INR (or USD for international catalog browsing) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept both domestic payments and international payments (in USD via PayPal and international cards).
• Payments are processed securely through supported online payment providers (Razorpay and PayPal).
• Order confirmation happens only after you receive a successful confirmation from the platform.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud concerns, stock issues, pricing mistakes, or other operational reasons.

• Delivery Location Scope: We currently deliver physical products exclusively within India. Delivery addresses outside India are not supported at checkout.
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on delivery pincode, shipment weight, and vendor rules.
• Delivery estimates may vary by vendor, courier capacity, location, and public holidays.
