How do I place an order on The Hungry Gujju?+
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Can I order from multiple vendors in a single order?+
Yes! You can add products from different vendors to your cart and place a single order. Each vendor will ship their products separately, so you may receive multiple packages.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team at support@thehungrygujju.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Is there a minimum order value?+
There is no minimum order value. However, orders above Rs. 4,999 qualify for free shipping across India.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges?+
Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 4,999. For orders below this amount, shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the package.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Gujarat and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery times may vary during festivals and peak seasons.
Do you deliver across India?+
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if delivery is available to your location.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, and popular wallets.
Is it safe to pay online on The Hungry Gujju?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Currently, we only support prepaid online payments via Razorpay. This helps us keep prices fair and ensures smooth order processing for both customers and vendors.
Vendors
How can I become a vendor on The Hungry Gujju?+
You can apply to become a vendor by registering on our platform. You will need to provide your business details, FSSAI certification, product information, and bank details for payouts. Our team reviews all applications within 3-5 business days.
Is FSSAI certification mandatory for vendors?+
Yes, FSSAI certification is mandatory for all food vendors on The Hungry Gujju. This ensures that all products on our platform meet food safety standards. You must have a valid FSSAI license or registration number.
How and when do vendors get paid?+
Vendors receive monthly payouts. The platform commission is deducted, and the remaining amount is transferred directly to the vendor's registered bank account. Detailed payout reports are available in the vendor dashboard.
What is the commission structure for vendors?+
Our commission structure is competitive and transparent. The exact commission percentage is communicated during vendor onboarding and varies by product category. Contact us for specific details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or wrong items only. Since we deal with food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences. Please inspect your package upon delivery.
How do I request a return or refund?+
Contact our support team at support@thehungrygujju.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will review your request and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Are all products eligible for return?+
Returns are only applicable for damaged items received during transit or if you receive a wrong product. Perishable items and opened packages are not eligible for returns.
